Insurance & Payment

To provide personalized, concierge-level care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, our practice does not participate with or bill insurance plans.

Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we will provide a detailed superbill containing the information your insurance company may require for you to seek reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. While reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by individual insurance plan, many patients with out-of-network chiropractic coverage are able to receive partial reimbursement.
